    My client, a listed technical solutions and service provider in Hong Kong, is now urgently hiring an AI System Analyst to join their internal professional team.

    Responsibilities

    * Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
    * Analyze business and user requirements to design effective system solutions.
    * Prepare comprehensive system documentation, including: System analysis and design specifications
    * SIT & UAT plans
    * Technical documents
    * Collaborate with software engineers and AI scientists to deliver project outcomes.
    * Conduct code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure solution quality and stability.
    * Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

    Requirements

    * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    * Minimum 4 years of experience in IT application development, covering requirements analysis, system design, and implementation.
    * Experience with AI-powered coding tools to enhance development efficiency.
    * Familiarity with AI-writing tools for producing clear and structured documentation.
    * Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes, Node.js, TypeScript, RESTful APIs, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, JSON
    * Proficient in Linux/Ubuntu; knowledge of Azure, AWS, and on-premises solution design.
    * Independent, adaptable, customer-oriented, and an effective team player.
    * Government project experience is an advantage.
    * Knowledge of reverse proxy configuration, SSL setup, and routing is a plus.

    I'm supporting a client who is seeking an experienced Finnish-speaking Azure DevOps Engineer with a strong focus on identity, access management, and secure cloud operations within Azure. This role will play a key part in ensuring platforms are scalable, automated, and aligned with security best practices.



    Key Responsibilities



    *

    Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
    *

    Implement and manage Azure identity and access management, with a strong focus on Azure AD / Entra ID
    *

    Define and maintain RBAC, service principals, managed identities, and access policies across environments
    *

    Automate Azure infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred; Bicep/ARM acceptable)
    *

    Support secure application deployments across multiple environments
    *

    Work closely with engineering and security teams to enforce least-privilege access and governance standards
    *

    Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve platform reliability and security
    *

    Maintain documentation, access models, and operational runbooks



    Technical Requirements



    *

    Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure in production environments
    *

    Proven experience with Azure DevOps (pipelines, repos, artifacts)
    *

    Deep understanding of Azure AD / Entra ID, IAM concepts, and access governance
    *

    Experience implementing RBAC, managed identities, service principals, and conditional access
    *

    Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform preferred)
