    About the role / company

    This is a great opportunity to join a growing IT Support company based in SW London are looking for an experienced 2nd Line Engineer. As a business they work with some established clients in London who trust them with all their IT support issues. This includes customers in both the Public / Private sector with some recent growth in their customer base.



    The role is to support and work with the latest Microsoft Cloud technologies. Ideally you will have at least a few years of experience supporting customers at a 2nd Line level and have skills in the following technologies;



    Key skills required:

    * Office 365 support and administration
    * Managing SharePoint permissions
    * PowerShell Scripting
    * Azure Active Directory
    * Windows Servers administration
    * Mac exposure



    Not essential but nice to have:

    * Previous experience working with a consultancy / MSP
    * M365 Certifications

    As a Senior Power Platform Consultant, you will apply both technical and functional knowledge to design, implement, and optimise solutions.     Key Responsibilities:

    This role is based in Stoke-on-Trent but also includes travel across the country to visit client sites.

    Responsibilities:

    As a Senior Power Platform Consultant, you would bring a wealth of knowledge across the whole of the Power Platform to their projects and clients. Using your technical and functional skills, you will be able to build applications, advise on solutions, lead discussions and design sessions / drive adoption of the Power Platform.
